Lorena's Bakery. A bakery site you can almost smell.
Lorena's is a family bakery in Fairfax with a loyal following for its pan dulce. Their customers live in two languages, English and Spanish, and most of them are on a phone, deciding where to stop this morning.

The goal
The site had one job: show the food beautifully, in both languages, and make ordering effortless.
Photography first
The design is built around photos of the actual bakery case. Big warm images, minimal chrome, nothing between the visitor and the pan dulce.
Fully bilingual
Every page exists in English and Spanish, not a translate button bolted on. Customers read the menu in the language they think in.
A live menu and online ordering
The menu stays current, and ordering is wired straight into the site, so a craving turns into a pickup order in a couple of taps.
